At CAMPO, we cook with heart – just as we cook for our families and friends. What counts for us in the kitchen and on the plate, is simplicity and sincerity. We believe in the wisdom of the nature and the fact that everything good comes from places that we know very well.
The meat for Argentinian steaks served by us is imported from Dieter Meier’s breeding – OJO DE AGUA located around Balcarce, 400 km south from Buenos Aires. The Argentine beef is appreciated for its excellent taste which owes to only natural ways of breeding. It is characterized by a high content of health beneficial polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-6 and omega-3 and minerals such as iron and zinc.
For our wine list, we chose wines with character and interesting history, perfectly reflecting the terroir that is the place of origin and the unique natural conditions, in which they were created.
In our kitchen, we use charcoal stove Josper that reaching 500°C gives the dishes unique and authentic taste.
